Insufficient info to know what you're referring to. All I see is a disassembled accelerator pump.
The high flow pump has two o-rings in it with 2 holes I do not have that extra hole in the fuel bowl.
I recently bought a brand new CV carb it has a high flow accelerator pump the fuel bowl on that has the extra hole. I purchased the carb without paying attention that it has no overflow tube. I went ahead and installed it on my bike runs really sweet. I just do not like the idea of no overflow.
TIA

Why not just replace the float bowl with one from a later model CV?
Maybe a bit hard to find as that part is not a "wear" item, but I would do a WTB post here and on xlforum looking for the bowl or "junk" late model carb. Lots of guys doing 1250 motor upgrades are replacing their stock CV carbs with larger Mikuni carbs and the old CVs are likely laying in a junk box.
The bowl in the picture is the one from my old CV carb the high flow accelerator is one I bought last year by mistake.
I have a brand new CV carb the bowl that came with it does not have the overflow see pic.
Thanks

Without a overflow tube that would lead me to think the carb has been used with a blow through turbo setup. You can't have an overflow tube or it has to be sealed up. The boost pressure will blow your fuel out of the bowl through the overflow.
