Did it look like the bike is almost 4" shorter? If the frame is the same where is coming from? Or did they just a mistake in their 2016 descriptions.
Not sure. It didn't seem any shorter but I didn't have that in mind at the time. I don't know who is correct the guy at the dealer or the specs on the website. I will be going back Saturday and will ask about it and take a tape and measure it. I assume I would measure tire to tire?
I measured my 2012 from the foremost edge of the front tire to the rearmost edge of the rear and measured about 85". I checked the dimensions of the 2012 48 for comparison to my measurement and it is supposed to be 88.6". I am not sure where they got that measurement from. I don't think I was three inches off on my measurement and I don't know what else would project out further than the tires, so maybe they are off on the dimensions they list.... Or maybe I should remeasure.

Do yall want me to post a side by side pic of the two year models tomorrow?
I also have a '48 that has the entire Rail motor collection added to it, as well as the Rail a/c, Chiseled handlebar, and V&H Comp pipe.

Looks Badass Crash. Let me ask a few questions. Why is you clutch adjuster boot cover thing up so high, did you have to adjust a new clutch? Also what is that cable hanging down by the right side of your front wheel. Look like you had a lot of finger prints and oil on you new pipes, you did wipe that off before you fired her up. Also, Did your fuel tank already come with striped badge on the rear?
It's not 4" shorter. Front shocks are not firmer than before. The seat is much better. Alloys didnt look better than spokes in person either. Rear belt pulley has a new design and looks better.
