Just ordered some thunder torque inserts for my '06 1200 Low. Its stage one with 2" Rush slip-ons. I wasn't sure if I'd like the 158W or the 118W so I got 'em both. I'll try them both out and let you know the results.

I have 3" rush with 2" baffles and the 158 was too small and the 258 fits tight but quiets down the pipes too much and was unable to turn the cone much (baffles were too close) to open the gap.
The 158s should work fine with your 2". I had a 2" exhaust and the 158s worked great....better tone and smoothed out the gaps in the powerband.
Here is aa pic of the 118 in a 2" exhaust...you will see there is too much gap around the cone
Here is a pic of the 158 in a 2" pipe....fits perfectly with proper gap around the cone.
I installed the 118W and left the baffles in. They smoothed out the powerband and added a little torque. Didn't really make it any quieter , just a little throatier (deeper) sound. Rating them as my best $20.00 upgrade. Will be trying the 158W soon and post a comparison.
