Default Tank lift on a 1200c

Anyone done this? On my 2015 1200c the speedo is on the bottom side of bars and close to the tank. Looked on line for a dffrent speedo bracket to flip the speedo but could not seem to find one. Any suggestions?

Ere are threads on replacing the speedo/riser. Most I've seen use stock parts off of other models.

I did a diy lift on my 07 1200c. Approx 1" (lowest commercially available lift I've seen is 1.5"). I'm happy with it. The tank is really close to the bottom of the speedo, but never touches. I did a wire tuck with no issues.

DK Customs has a kit that is for the 1200 Custom. I would call them and make sure it fits before ordering.
Been thinking the 72 speedo housing would be the best bet for Customs . Now if I can just find a used one as a test project.

Just in case someone finds this post in the future, here are some pics of my 1" lift. I used a pair of square spacers that came with a TV wall mount.

Yes, you lose some fuel access for sure. Another reason I don't mind only doing an inch, but I usually stop when the light goes on anyway.
