Well, I did it...
Over the weekend I took the MSF course. The weather was great, but HOT,80+ both days, in Western Washington no less.
And the good news is ... I PASSED!!!!
I didn't do well in U-turns, went out of the lines, and was a bit slow on a 135 degree corner, but they only gave me 13 points over all, more than enough left to graduate from the course!

congrats I started riding withI was just 7 yrs old on a harley trail blazer 90 whenI took my driving range the instructor and I stould around and Bs-ed the whole time while the others went in circles Its commical to think about it now I actually paid to ride the 250's and never got to beat on em.

Yipeee! Now get to a parking lot and master the slow speed control and tight lock to lock turns so you don't have to "duck walk" your bike should you have to do a U turn somewhere.Have fun riidng!

Thanks. I just got back from DMV and I have my endorsement!
I'm still going to take it slow and transfer what I learned on their 250s to my bike. There is a difference, but, I feel more confident that I can ride safely!

Well, its about 65 and raining right now. Its Spring Time in Washington... if you don't like the weather... just wait five minutes.
I'm hoping that it doesn't rain too much, I'd like to get out and practice.
