Hammer Performace Offset Air Cleaner
Was curious if anyone was running one of these offset air cleaners ? I’m looking at putting one on my daughters 2009 883L to give her more room for her knee to clear the AC. Does it give you more room? Is a new tune necessary on a fuel injected bike?

I have the offset, I like it but I'm sure I'd like any Hammer filter setup. Doesn't really provide all that much more knee room as mentioned above by apache, but I think it might depend on the length of the rider's legs.

She’s like 5’3” and has to sit a little off center to get her foot on the peg and have her knee clear the Air Cleaner. So she doesn’t need much room at all

I'm running the offset Sledge air cleaner. I got the offset since thr element is 3" wide so it sticks out a bit more than the stock ham can did. I'm 5'6" and my knee does touch the rear of the billet plate now and then. Im betting if you get her the Impact or the Crush offset Air cleaner it would give her the room she needs. The Impact is 2" and the Crush is 2.25" so it wouldn't stick out quite as much as the Sledge.

I don’t have the 3” offset, but kind of wish I did. I have the 3” centered. If they had a 4”,5” or 6” I’d have it haha

I was considering a Hammer offset air cleaner for my Roadster but decided on one of the new Iron’s round air cleaner. It uses the exact same air filter so no change in the way it runs. I’m 5’3” also and it gives some extra knee room and is about 1/2 the money of the Hammer.
