I agree with you but there are certain things that they will fix under warranty for free and other things that they will blame you for if they break if you mess with them. Dont feel like having to deal with them or being accused of stuff and not getting reimbursed so I just bite the bullet and wait my turn in line to see the Dr...lol.

I do my own basic service, tire changes etc. so there is no wait for that. I just had the bike in for a warranty job, front fork seal leak, and it was in and out in four days.
