V&H FP3 missing firmware

Default V&H FP3 missing firmware

Hi,there.
Someone please let me know how to recover such a case!
I have a V&H FP3.At first,there are no ploblem.
One day I tried to up to date the firmware, then bluetooth was disconnect, back to setup of iOS, connected bluetooth again, back to FP3, then firmware was broken.
Now I can't connect to FP3,of course I can't re-update the firmware.
Today I went to H-D dealer for fixing ECM because I thought there are some bugs because of the error of FP3,and it's just fixed.
It seems there are some bugs in my FP3...
