1994 wifes sporty has a terrible wobble at 65 mph and up i have balanced the wheels had front trees back off new swingarm bushings, cannot get this solved might note has 3 degree raked tress with a 19 inch front wheel 16 inch rear could this speed wobble be starting at the rear wheel and causing this problem because i have went through the front end tooth and nail
HELP IN OHIO NEEDED.

Steering head breaings would be my first guess also. Did you include that when you said you went through the front end "tooth and nail"?

YES new stem bearings also what about trying a fork brace but hers the catcher it has a mid glide front end hard to find one.
any thoughts where i could find a fork brace also considered a steering stabilizer

I think instead of trying to find a fork brace to add on I would be more concerned with finding out what the problem is. Your bike shouldn't be doing that. There's something wrong somewhere.

Anyway you can get someone to ride the bike and you follow so you can watch the bike dynamics as it picks up speed? You should be able to decern if the wobbly/shimmy is starting in the front or rear.

My son's bike does that at different speeds. His is not a Harley but the front tire is cupped from low air pressure and the front end wobbles if he takes his hands off the bars. Don't know if this helps or not.

I HAVE FOLLOWED THE BIKE I CANT PICK IT UP ALSO BIKE HAS A PRO-ONE billet wheel i know theres something wrong i too dont want to bandaid with a fork brace, This bike is a custom with all the goodies even stercthed peanut tank with speedo mounted in tank, wife is ready to sell and buy a stock sporty Man i hate that thought ill just keep trying.
