That denim black or whatever They call their matte black is ugly, not to mention I hear it can be a pain to detail without putting a slight shine to the matte paint..
Only thing worse then a matte black harley is a matte black dodge charger, Chevy chevelle or just about any matte paint muscle car really
Only thing I like matte black is a old t bucket or model a hotrod but even then it's still iffy..
Couldn't agree more about the matte and denim paint. Generally looks like crap a within a year or so from what I've seen. I guess the MoCo considers vivid black to be too "old school" for the hip and forward-thinking, cutting-edge outfit it pretends to be!
I wouldn't buy a Harley in anything other than black (maybe, maybe red), but I wouldn't EVER buy a brand new bike either. Hopefully you can find a NOS in black!
