If you open the Sportster file you'll notice some minor changes. I noticed the Nightster license plate has been moved to the end of the fender instead of the side.

I wonder why they did that on the nightster. I have olive/black 2007 and I love the fact that the chopped fender is made so apparent w/out the license plate. I think the side mount is so cool. Too bad, but I bet they will offer the side mount as an accessory and charge for it, LOL

does HD Moto Co pick up the tab? They should, and they should buy the bike back for every penny spent... I do not beleive they can sell a bike in a state that is not 100% street legal in that state with out making the mods before the bike is sold. 80% of the reason I bought the 1200N was for its looks, if they recall the bike for the plate, then I expect a check for the bike! What state were they ticketed in?

ok, so the more I look at this tech thing, it looks like this is a Euro mod. Look at the size of the plate holder....

hey bdavis, how do you like those short shots? Are they loud. I am looking for loud for my nightster and i was wondering since the vance and hines site doesnt have sound example for these.
