I started up my 2009 Nightster today and it ran for about a minute and died. Checked all fuses and they are good. Have a new battery. Lots of gas in the tank.
When using the run switch, there is no sound of gas priming. Any ideas where to start looking? Possibly switch or fuel pump?
Thanks.

Check the system relay, the ECM energizes it for 2 seconds when the run switch is set to run, then it disables it, the Injectors, fuel pump and ignition will not operate until the ECM gets
pulses from the CPS Crank Position Sensor.
After turning ignition off, wait 10 seconds before turning the
ignition back on to get the fuel pump to reprime. This time-out
period is necessary for the fuel pump and IAC to reset.
