Do these sideplates, luggage racks and other stuff comes with Torx or Hex socket (SAE or Metric) screws? Probably I will have to order some more new tools
To be honest it's been so long since I purchased them new I don't recall for certain. But if I had to guess I believe the are button head allen bolts
Also, the rack that I used to mount my tour pak was something custom made that I got on ebay. I have not seen them for years and don't believe they are made anymore. Side plates are stock HD

What brand tourpak is that? HD?
Could it possibly store one or even two FF helmets?
I got it off ebay several years ago so I cannot be 100% certain but it does appear to be HD. It does hold one FF helmet, I put mine in there when I am not on a trip. (On trips it has my clothes in it)
I believe you are right about the bolts, and they are 1/4-20 (maybe 28) SAE thread (I keep forgetting we have folks on here from all over the globe) if buying new ones.

I am confused a bit with purpose of these pieces of rubber. They come with luggage rack. They should cover the lower bolts, and bottoms of sissy bars, as per instructions. But what actually they do?
