I think anything with an ECM (fuel injection) is going to have some current draw even when OFF. Perhaps even models with electric speedos (1995 and up?) to keep odometer readings alive.
My 1991 has no current draw when OFF since it has no ECM, no electric speedo, etc. That's why I find a tender unnecessary with my Shorai battery.

Have you had your battery checked or is this an assumption that it's bad? All connections good? Hate to see spend money they don't need to.

The only thing I'm going by is when my motorcycle was new I hit the starter button and I would get immediate quick turnover of the motor. now it hesitates and I keep thinking it's not going to turn over in about 2 seconds it turns over and fires immediately. It did not do this when it was new. I put a trickle charger on it every once in awhile voltage is fine. I just don't want to get somewhere and be stalled. I had an old Corvette , the voltage would read fine after leaving it on trickle charge. It completely died on me one day and left me stranded and I had to tow it home.
