Default No lights???
Hi I'm new here. I picked up a 1997 1200 a few months ago. I'm putting on a TC Bros license plate and tail light bracket so I'm switching out my tail light with there's as well. I got it switched over and hooked up the wires exactly how they were with the old tail light was but now I have no light. And my headlight was working before and now it's not. The bike still turns on a runs but just no lights. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for your time!

Lights are on their own fuse/breaker.

'97 showed in search but '98 is displayed. Did much change between the two? IDK but here is a link to the wiring diagram for a 1998 bike

15A fuse. center right on the diagram. fed off the ignition switch. pull and check the fuse, then both sides of the fuse block.

Ok under my seat and side cover this is what I'm looking at. Is there any other fuses?
