Well, I bought my first motocycle (Harley 1200N) this past Sunday. Its been sitting in my garage since I got it =|
Tonight is the first night of my MSF course. Hopefully all goes well. I cant wait for SAT/SUN as they are both riding
days. Sunday afternoon, I hope to take the Nightster out for its first official ride!
I did the course back in 1993 when I was in high school and a new rider. I rode for onlya couple years and stopped. Now that I'm back, I plan on taking it again. It's not just for brand new riders, but good for everybody. It IS a fun class though, enjoy it.
The MSF courses are great stuff and will give you the information, and with pratice, the skills, to be a good rider. Best investment of time and money you could ever make...
good luck. if you think you know alot now about how to ride , you'll learn a heck of alot more for sure ! it was a very informative & learning expierience for me !
I started riding at 14,44 years ago. Been absent from bikes for 37 yrs. though.
Quickly realized that the best thing I could do is take the MSF course to get back up to speed.
My 16 yr old son and I are both taking the course the first weekend in Aug..He has never even riden on the back of one.
On top of the safety/learning part,I see it as a great Father/Son activity.
