Best loctite for engine sprocket nut

Best loctite for engine sprocket nut
My manual says loctite 262 but its not an original harley manual but from what I've been reading online for the torque of the nut and the heat it could see loctite 272 seems like it would be a better choice wich one should I use?

262 or 272 will work just fine. 262 can be used on slightly oil contaminated fasteners, 272 does better on clean fasteners. 272 seals threads, which you don’t need. Make sure you clean old locative off, before reassembly.
