Ok ive got 06 1200 xl. Ive got no instruments no panel no blinks nada. But I'll save that for later. I bought a Procom powerjet fuel manager... has anyone heard of, or better yet ever used this auto tuner?I bought the model for HD SPORTSTERS but can't figure how to plug it in. Suppose to be plug and play but im stuck. See pic below Front an back with directions..please can somebody assist. Also running dynajet ignition module and .4ohm dual fire 🔥 coil
anybody heard of or used one of these? Can seem to hook up
Your bike is a 2006? That bike has a carburetor. If that tuner is designed for EFI Sportsters it won't work, nor even install. I've never heard of this brand, so I would contact the manufacturer directly for clarification on install. I can't imagine how that thing would work with a carbureted bike, but, I'm looking forward to what you find out about it.
On your bike, I think the only kind of "tuner" you can use is an upgraded ignition module. (DynoJet, Daytona-TwinTech TC88A, etc.). You can custom design an ignition map, but there's nothing you can do about fuel mapping on a carbureted bike. Your fuel metering is fixed with a carburetor, and can only be changed by changing out the pilot jet, main jet, or jet needle.

Is your Sportster an '07 model that was sold in the last four months of 2006?
2007 models went on sale in mid August 2006, so it's perfectly possible your XL1200 is fuel injected and not a carb model.
The Procom PE-PJ-003 Power Jet is a budget priced fuel controller for Sportster models, Procom only recommend their Power Jet fuel controllers for racing use and not for street use. The price is $109.88 for the PE-PJ-003 model, there are installation videos on YouTube that you might find useful.
