The upper triple tree bracket part number for 2006 is 45966-04, the 2007 part number is 46758-07.

The handlebar risers are the same part numbers right through from 1982 until 2022 for most Sportster XL883 and XL1200 models, exceptions are the Custom and Forty-Eight models that have a lower handlebar clamp cast into their upper triple tree bracket.

Left hand riser from 1982 until 2006 is part # 56116-82.
Right hand riser from 1982 until 2006 is part # 56117-82.

Left hand riser from 2007 to 2022 is part # 56116-82A.
Right hand riser from 2007 to 2022 is part # 56117-82A.

The "A" at the end of the part # for later models could simply refer to a change in supplier, not a change in the the parts specification.

It could be that some aftermarket suppliers say 2007 - up is because that covers the EFI model years and nothing to do with the handlebar mounting specification.

I hope this has helped.

My tachometer upgrade kit is H-D part # 67182-07, it costs $347.95 in the USA. It is a plug and play kit. I had to buy a separate handlebar clamp to mount the dual clock mounting bracket.

The kit contains everything you need to install and has full step by step installation instructions. I prefer the look of dual instruments, the fill my fairing nicely and the tachometer is handy for keeping an eye on how high my motor is revving.

The outer bezels on my instruments are an aftermarket item from AliExpress.
