I wear a plain black HJC CL-33 3/4 lid. It has an integrated face shield and it does the job quite well for 85 bucks.

I have all 3. When just cruising around locally in the summer I wear my skid lid or sometimes my 1/2 Captain America helmet. When I know I'm going to be on the freeway for awhile, or road trips, or winter I wear my full face. I don't have a windshield so the full face is a must at freeway speeds.

I have a DOT 1/2 helm and a full face. I have never wore the fullface cause I cant seem to get my glasses on under it. So I wear a 1/2 helm and googles over my glasses. I think the full face would be great on the highway but I am getting use to the winds at 70-80 now. I am sure my face looks funny though with all that wind.

I wear a Nolan full face with flip up chin bar and face shield most of the year and on highway trips. Because of the extreme heat in the summer I will wear a Shoei 1/2 around town.

Full face;

as far as style goes, I think full face helmets look good with a sporty- that racing heritage.

also, good leather all the time: Fox Creek jacket.

fifty years ago the guys wore what they had, but things have improved since then.

save the "biker look" for rallies and use ATGATT when riding.

full face here.
Whose skip lid is that on your bike? Just jerking your chain, I wear a FF too, and considering a 1/2 or 3/4 though as it is HOT here in Atlanta.

I have had this old noggin for 67 years and I plan on keeping it. For all day riding and long trips I wear a Nolan N102 Modular as it is easy for me to get my glasses on. and it has a flip down sun screen. For riding around town and looking cool at the Tuesday Night Bike Night at Sonic I wear a Nolan Retro N30 With full face shield. My wife wears a Scorpion EXO200.

The only one I can stand to wear regularly is my carbon fiber skid lid.... www.carbonfiberhelmets.com
I still only wear a helmet some of the time (stupid, I know). I am working my way towards being a regular helmet wearer - if I live that long [8D]

I am pro-choice when it comes to helmets. I own a 1/2, a 3/4, and a full. I can't stand the full face, probably because it is a cheapie and restricts my peripheral vision. Most of the time I wear my 3/4 Scorpion because it is snell rated. Some times if I don't leave my small town of 2000 I wear my 1/2 helmet.

As far as being called a poser. The do-rag don't look right on me. Some people look cool with them. Dang most of the ones that would call me a poser wasn't even born yet, when I rode my first Harley. Screw them. I don't ride for them, but for me.
