When I bought my 1989 - 883 Sportster XLH I (wrongly) assumed being 35yrs old there would be plenty of spares and aftermarket parts available...
Having real problems finding resonable priced forward controls... can anyone point me in the right direction ?
Loving the bike but at 6ft 2" the mid controls are a little "snug" and for longer journey's forwards would be so much more comfortable.
Not found any that are affordable and will fit my 1989 frame, I am tempted to make and fit just cruise pegs but...
I feel that the "milli second" it would take to get from cruise pegs, to the brake / gear controls...could be the difference between riding safe and crashing...
Any help /advice greatfully received

Thanks for the pointer tp "Denniskirk"...nice selection and they will fit but...
All over $400 though (plus import taxes and delivery from USA to UK)...Ouch !!
Only paid Ł2k for the bike !!
Thanks for all the pointer's...
I have now found chap who has forwards that will fit my bike, who needs mids (he has short legs) so...
We are gonna do a direct swap,,,
He gets my mids and I get his forwards
