Busted!
We have 2 rallies here a year. The one in September gets 30,000+ bikes.
When we got there today, it was a zoo. So I got the bright idea that instead of sitting and roastingat the entrance to the main parking lot, I'd ride the back way around the stables (it is held at a race track) and get in the parking lot that way.
AsI rounded the corner from the stables, I noticed a crowd amassed. Too late! I guess they figured some smart *** would pull that stunt, so the only way they would let you through is if you played the "roll the barrel."
SO, my friends and I had to roll an empty beer keg 100 feet with the front wheel ofour bikes. It is NOT as easy as it looks!
But we made it...and got a free tee shirt to boot. AND we got great parking spaces!
If there is trouble to be had...I'll find it! It is also a wonder anyone will ride with me anymore.
