What can I do if, when tire change time rolls around, I want to put wider tires on my bike? Are there wider tires that will fit on the stock wheels? What will the effect be on the ride/handling? Any other issues to consider? Any tire recommendations?
I'm not 100 percent sure, but I think the wider the tire the longer it takes to turn the bike -- within reason. I mean, some 8" tire might cause some noticeable difference, but something around 6 probably wouldn't steer any different.

The 150 on the rear is pretty much as big as you can go without modifications. You can go wider on the front if you want to go to a 19" wheel which was a wider rim width.
