Finally got to ride yesterday...first day since last weekend that it wasn't raining.
The shocks kick ***! It amazing how a decent pair of shock can show one how crappy the stock shocks are. The ride is very firm, yet the back end seems to stay planted and not squirrelly like the stock shocks. Overall the back end feels 100x better then it did before.
Can't wait to get more miles and some canyon time. But not today....it is freakin pouring outside.
It's hard to tell in the pictures, but the gray areas look more like they are anodized and not so dull as shown. Overall I am really liking the way they look.
btw...They are 13.25" in length and took about 20 minutes to put on.
Very nice. I didn't even know Ohlins was still around. Back in the late '70's when I raced motocross they were the ****. Best upgrade I made to my racebike back then. I'll definately check them out for my 1200N which sure could use some help in the suspension department...
