Check for an earth problem, test rode a 06 sporty when they were released and the speedo was cutting in and out, mentioned it to the stealer when we got back from the test ride and he said it was an earth issue and common ???

 

OK, that sounds possible as it probably is someting shorting, the ground could easily be that, but... where would I check the ground connection?
