So, yesterday I'm tooling through St. Paul on I-94 (4 lanes), and this a-hole pulls in front of me and decides that it is the perfect time to clean his windshield. Of course, I get sprayed and have to back off. Once he quit the cleaning job I got in front and was able to hock a loogie on his windshield.
