Changing Stock Slip ons (Rush)
I changed out my stock slip on to Rush Slip ons and i was wondering if I needed to do anything else to the bike? My Sportster will still run the same right? Its a 08 1200c.

Yep. \\; Now if you change to a high flow A/C then you will need to do a remap of the EFI. \\; I put Khrome Werks slip on's when I had 500 miles on mine and did nothing else. \\; Have 2700 miles now with no probs. \\;

I put on Rush slip-ons with 2.25" baffles on my 1200N (2008). \\;DIdn't do ANYTHING else (air cleaner, remap, dyno, etc). SO far running fine - maybe just a LITTLE bit of popping on decel. Power seems to be there when I want/need it. \\; \\; Right now, no plans to do any further work. Time may tell me different. So far so good.

I have heard from a couple sources that Harleys run lean to begin with and anything that increases air flow will just make them run leaner and hotter without a remap.
It's been recommended to me that I get PC III and richen the mix on my stock bike.
