Hi, Now when I park the bike on rides I use a Mossberg coated gun lock to lock My H-D Quick Release Windshield in place so it doesn't walk away, also another one for My Helmet as it is the law here in Wv I have to wear a helmet to operate the bike. Just hate to have someone else ruin a good day of riding for Me or paranoid but either way I use them. Anyone else ????? Ride Safe ,ride Smart.......WVleo
The cable on my bolt lock is long enough to reach through my windshield and helmets and jacket for times when I am concerned they might walk off. \\;

Can you post a picture of the "Mossberg coated gun lock" that you use?
I would like to see the lock myself but if they attempt to rip you off and discover its locked, are they going to just drop the windshield on the bike, or get pissed off and knock the bike over.
I just try and park where I can keep an eye on it, not always possible tho.
