IMO a stock Sportster has no business with with Beach Bars. They stick out too wide
and you would look ridiculous. \\; \\; Maybe Not.. \\; \\; \\;
As far as Apes.. I put \\;10" mini apes \\;on my softail and felt like I was a parachute in the wind.
Rode for a few months like that then got a windshield..... Now, I love the bars...BUT>\\;>\\;>\\; \\;Only with the windshield.
Go for what YOU want! \\; \\; Everyone here likes drags. &\\; short shots.
So...make you bike look like everyone elses..???
I always thought customizing your bike was to make it a little different from what you see everyday.
I say you should put DRAG BARS on it.
So it will just be another bike that does'nt look like mine...

I hope Utz forgives me for posting another pic of his bike without his permission, but I like it. Now, imagine the bars and risers in BLACK on a Nightster...you will not look like just another Nighster with drag bars. I don't know the particulars of the bars and risers, though, or even if they come in black. They could be powder coated though. The seat is CC.

I personally like ape hangers on the bigger bikes..now thinking about some small Z bars or drag bars.. yes everyone has drag bars but drag bars are only one aspect of the bike

 \\;That's like asking black or white , rich or poor, dumb or dumber, hot or cool, sunny or raining. Beach bars are for Road Kings, what's up with people wanting to screw up a gorgeous Nightster. Mini Apes or \\;wide \\;drag bars \\;in black.
