Guys I give up, tried everything to squeeze this freaking clip to secure the footpeg but lost half of my nail and almost lost the tip of my finger, and now the the clip is lost somewhere in the house and still could not bend that f$$$$er in place!
How did you guys manage to accomplish such task?! What is the tool I need for this?
PS.: Sorry the double post guys (I opened one on tech>\\;other but no one seams to go there, and I need this quick because wife is almost arriving for her first ride as a passenger!
RE: How to install a footpeg clip and keep fingers?
Is that ring going over a stud or the inside of a recessed hole? Either way you will need a set of snap ring pliers. I recommend either getting an inside/outside convertible or get two, one inside and outside snap ring pliers.
