Well I got most of the initial performance mods installed. Pipes finally came yesterday. I've put a couple of pics up on my Sportster web site. Weather's been lousy, so will take more shots when it improves.
I added the aircleaner and carb first, real noticable gain with them alone, the pipes came the following day and I wasn't expecting much more, however they made a huge difference on top, especially at low to mid range. Haven't had much of a chance to try it out on the highway yet, but around town the thing now wants to leap out of my hands every time I accelerate (and I'm riding conservative).
The whole feel between stock and now is like a completely different bike. Can't wait to get the cams done .
You really like the air cleaner? I've been on the fence about getting one... love the way they look - but I've read some real negative stuff about them. What do you think?

Yes, I like it, I think with the Hypercharger you either love it or hate it. Functionally it works very well, but the image it tries to portray of being some kind of a "forced air" system is of course false, it's just an air cleaner with variable sized openings. It's very simple machanicaly and if for any reason you lose the vacum line the trap doors will remain in the full open position.
