Default 2 up on 883C

Just curious as I am still shopping and cannot find the specs I'm looking for anywhere, what is the weight limit for passengers on an 883c? I'm not light at 6'4" 280 lbs, and I want to know how much weight I could put on the back for a passenger if I got one.

Here is the specs from my 04 883c.&nbsp\\; Dry weight 579lbs,&nbsp\\; Gvwr 1001lbs,&nbsp\\; Gawr front 335lbs, Gawr 666lbs.&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; Once you add your weight and a passengers, sissy bar, luggage rack and bag your right at the max rating.&nbsp\\; The stock suspension even when ran under the max still bottoms out, not uncommon for the wiring harness in the rear fender to get torn up once you get a aftermarket tire.&nbsp\\; Im 5'10" 210 lbs and wife is 130lbs, Ive done alot of suspension mods and the bike is alot better but I do mostly 98% one up riding.&nbsp\\; I would tell you to look for a nice used Electra glide standard.

Killer:
&nbsp\\;
I am on my second sportster.&nbsp\\; The first was a 2002 XLH 883.&nbsp\\; I now have a 2005 1200C.&nbsp\\; I have carried in excess of 500 pounds on both of them without a problem.&nbsp\\; However, I didn't have the stock shoks on either.&nbsp\\; I went with progressive rear shocks immediately after purchase.

Hey thanks for the replies guys. I'm really just thinking around town (the girlfriend has her own Ninja), I am seriously considering the 883c. It isn't even that huge of a deal,&nbsp\\;mainly riding solo,&nbsp\\;but it might be fun every now and again. Thanks again.
