I just put mine on my Sporty. I bought them them at HD. (Like 20-25 bucks)
Make sure you look online for instructions from others on installing them, there not always as easy as the instructions say. I had to get a few extra washers.

For the xl1200c the wiring runs through the handle bar riser.

i've got the harley kit... looks like I need to pull the Tank to disconnect the wire from the harness so I can re-route them from bar to fork....

OR cut them in an inconspicuous place and spice?

So I've read all the posts on front turn relocate.
And from what I can y'all make it sound easy. But I'm looking at either pulling the tank to get to the connectors or pulling the riser to get the signal assembly down to the forks. Or cut the wires. Cutting is the only thing that seems "easy" Am I way off?

Kind of late but just a FYI - if you still have your stock visor and headlight, you just needed to remove the left side bolt holding the visor to the fork (loosen the right side) to get the signal down in the fork. On the right side, routed the wire along the hard cable/conduit behind the fork to the lower triple tree...hides the wire nicely. Did not touch my tank or turn signal harness.
