all my big twin buddies patted me on the back, shook my hand and told me of their "Sporty" days,n and made me feel pretty nice about owning it.
the cost of living on long island is such that owning anything is an accomplishment !!!!!!

Funny thing happend when i bought my sportster
My dad rode while he was in the Core back in the 60's
My gramps rode till teh day he died
Both rode sportsters
Both were Marines
When i showed my dad my bike he was amazed
its the same color he rode back in 1964
The sportster is a legend
along with alot of Soldiers
Ride with pride my friend....
Your taking part in a American legend!!
