Tighten the bolt back in but not so much that you break the bushing. Then take it to the dealer and have it torqued back to spec / inspected.

No, in 5 years of ownership this is one problem I have never experienced nor have I encountered anyone that has. The bike is under warranty, do not touch it. This is an extreme safety issue and it should be left as is for the dealer to see and report. Call the dealer and tell them what has happened. They will likely send a tow truck to get the bike.
