I just bought of set of dyna bars off ebay for 20 bucks and put those on. I also have a Dokota digital all in one gauge that I will be installing this year along with straight risers. Once you get all the wires spliced together, you can get some of the braided cable covering to put all the wires in. This is what my brother-in-law did and it looks awesome and cleanes up all the wires up to the speedo.
Putting on my RSD 12" vintage apes on with the RSD 3" risers in a few weeks. SUPER EXCITED about what its gonna look like when I'm done!! Def will post pics!
I am looking at hill country custom cycle 16" apes for my bike. They come pre-wired with chrome switches and master cylinder for $499. I am going to change the custom riser for a 1200L riser and speedo mount.

I would also like to remove the pull back riser and replace with 2'' to 3'' straight ones, has anyone done this on a 2004 up custom, I know I will have to change the speedo, and have already bought a front mounted one from a pre 2004 model on ebay.
The bars retail for $125 and the cable install kit retails for $199. You can find them cheaper than retail though. I would expect for you to pay at least another $300 to get them installed if not more.
