This is horrible, same thing nearly happened to me last year. Was sitting at a light and all of a sudden heard screaching tires. Turned around and some tools from a landscaping company in an f250 w/ trailer are sniffing my rear tire. Some people need to get their head outta their azz when they are behind the wheel.

He was already warned. I think he should do hard time and lose his driver's license permanently. But I doubt anything will happen to him. If people were given harsher penalties for reckless driving; more of them would drive with better awareness.
I pray for the victims and the families of this needless tragedy.
