I've been riding with no mirrors. I finally had to give in due to a motor Cop pulled me over for not having any. He said the twisting and turning was a dead give away. I received these killer 3inch beefy powder coated mirrors from Demon Cycles for $50(not the cheap mod) today and installed them inverted(don't like mirrors on top). Bummer, didn't work. The flat glass mirrors and the short stem only let me see my legs. I went to PepBoys and bought 3inch round adjustable convex mirrors for $5(cheap mod). The double sided tape was strong but I used electrical tape around the edge for a little safety and a cleaner finish. Worked perfect and they swivel! I'm sure I'll take off the right side, but for now...I just have to remember I have them there.
I also changes out all the chrome/silver bolts to black. PepBoys, $1.50 for two. I bought a whole bunch in different sizes. Sure beats The Stealer...$20 for bar clamp bolts...CRAZY!

Sweet let us know how they work. Good idea using the convex mirror.
I already took them on a test run. No shake, not loose, and having both, I can see all lanes behind me. The convex also deflects the brightness of night traffic lights, I like it!
