I see this is your second post. Welcome to the site. Seriously though, try the search feature here, it works GREAT and this has been hashed out many times especially recently.
I prefer the comfort of a windshield the looks without. However I ride for comfort and pleasure not looks or what others think. Its great having that pressure off my chest at freeway speeds.

Welcome, never liked the look of one, and never use one around town. If I'm going on a longer trip via the highway I'm thankful that I used one when I arrive because I'm much more energized and don't feel as beat down by the wind pounding against me for so long.

Depends on the bike... on my Nightster i would not get a windshield (i wouldn't with an Iron or 48 either).
If i had a 1200c I think it would look alright, especially with hard bags.
My old man is going to get one on his Street Bob eventually... will have to see how it looks.
