i bought the light at no school choppers $29 the kit would of cost $129. since im on a budget so,i made my my own bracket. if you have a torch, metal, and any kind of fab skills you can make one too. but if i had the money i would have just bought the kit

Unless the light somehow grounds to the bike through one of the bolts, it would require three wires... 1 hot, 1 ground, 1 signal. Hot and ground would be constant and connected to the ignition on for the tail light, signal connected to the brake switch. Glad you got it fixed!
