Funny you should ask. My bike is almost identical to yours.
Here's my Memphis Shades Del Rey on my 2007 XL1200R. The pics will give you an idea how it will look on your bike. It is excellent quality and keeps the wind off of your chest. I've decided I don't need a windshield and have this one for sale if you're interested. It's in great shape, only a couple months old, and has only been used a couple times. Contact me at barryswanson@yahoo.com if interested.
I like windshield, like to see what the bike with the shield looks like from the side if you have any pioctures?
Thanks

I just got this shade from Barry in the mail and installed it tonight. Took it for an 80mph ride. It does the trick and keeps significant wind off my chest.. I'll leave it on for awhile and see if it grows on me.
But, I just wanted to give Barry positive comments for the transaction. The shield got to me in about as quick a time as it took me to send him the money. He mailed it the day he got the money order. No complaints there whatsoever. It came nicely packed in the original box, with original directions, brackets etc. Shield could have been brand new for all I could tell.
So thanks Barry, I needed a good deal on a shield. 'Cause like you, I am 50-50 on having a shield so this was a good way for me to try it out and see what I think.
