48 tire size options
Looking at it, the Avons will probably be the way I go, especially that they are available locally and the Weight index is pretty close (69vs71) I'm just not sure if I'm gonna like the look of the "thinner" tire at the back 130vs150 but the tread definitely will go with what I've done so far.

Here's a link to the UK importer of Coker, but having looked at their website the tires used on the Rough Crafts bike are actually the Avon Road Safety 5.00 x 16

like the look of the coker/avon tyres myself for a project,
another spanner in the works for the 48, due to the extra dia of the tyre, you may have clearance issues with the fork brace as well as the fender.
