So, I always considered getting the HID headlamp kit that HD had in my wishbook, but never took the plunge. I saw a deal for the HD LED lamp from a stealer on ebay, and am considering getting it.
Aside from it's weird looks, would you say it's worth the dough? I'm pretty close to pushing the buy button. I just need some reviews.
do it !!!!!! its freaking awesome at night , 1200c get the chrome , hardest part is taking the old head ight out and pluging in the LED , no cutting or rewiring...look at my pics i have a 08 custom..
its an awesome light , road lines , signs , cop cars , anything with reflective on it pops out at ya , there bright !! and when use the high beam , you can see so much more down road .. what made me drop coin was the deer , had a scare one night on a back road where the damn thing ran beside me before heading back into the woods , that was enough , didnt even see it till it was beside me!!! CONGRATES !!!!!!

I would love to have the light output of the HD LED headlight, but I just can't get over the looks of them-to ricer for me and does not go with the looks of the bike at all IMO.

I think the looks of the chrome one are growing on me more and more. The black one just looks weird to me.
