Update.. Last night I poked around. Took out the fuse block, fuses are good. All connections were opened and cleaned. Still no start. I did not check the spark plugs for spark, cause I was getting ticked a bit more, and did not feel like removing the plugs for the umpteenth time.... Turns over nice and smooth, just no indication of spark or wanting to crack off. Definitely getting gas!
Out of ideas. Is the vacuum switch something that is able to be checked?

Forget about the VOES, (vacuum switch). It's a vacuum operated switch that allows fuel to flow to the carb...You have fuel flowing so it is not the VOES. You need to figure out if you are getting spark or where you are loosing it at.
I believe the wife must have known I was getting to the point of frustration with the bike. I did not work on it last night, and have too many plans around the house this weekend to work on it that need my attention. She called a friend and determined it was bad gas. Not sure how it is possible, but put new stuff in and it fired up. I run Stabil in all winterized motors. But whatever, it is running and I can quit worrying about it. At least it has a new ignition coil, spark plug wires, and plugs!!!! And now I have spares....
Thanks to all who helped and had suggestions to try! At least all the contacts are clean, everything has been wiggled and tightened... time to just run it....
