Starter/Ignition problems?? I'm having issues!

After you check the starter relay and fuses before you go into a complete panic check all the visible wires. It well might be one has come loose or been broken. I would check very carefully the wires coming off the ignition since it sounded like (from your description) it was OK (you got a click).

Hey guys! Sorry for the delayed reply...I've been busy riding!! 
I'm not sure what the deal was...but she's running just fine now! I'm assuming it was a loose connection, even though it appeared that everything was solid. Oh well, at least I'm back on the road! Thank you all for your help, I appreciate it!!

Check the battery wires. You may have a wire connection breaking down. The bolt for the connection may be tight, but where the wire is soldered (Sp?) to the connector has been known to break causing those same issues. I know I've been there. I was able to slide the wire out of the connector.
