Default Primary Fluid Leval

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I can't find it, so I hope you all can help me out. I am about to change the primary fluid on my 2002 883, and I can't seem to find out how much fluid to replace in the primary. If anyone knows, I'd appreciate the help. Thanks in advance!

It says 1QT for '00-'03 bikes. To be really specific, you open the derby cover and look in. With the bike level, the fluid should come up to the clutch diaphragm spring. I have heard this is usually less than 1QT.
