Need Help How To Measure Speedometer Cable???
My Speedo cable broke today on my 1994 XLH 883 I need to get a new one but there are different lengths listed. I measure 42" from nut to nut or do you measure inside between the nuts. I am totally confused anyone have the Harley part number I can see if the stealership has it to pick up tomorrow? I need to determine the one I have.

My book shows Harley p/n 67048-83 (41")94' XLH 883". If by chance they don't have one, get a hold of your local after market shop and ask for Tucker Rocky/Biker's Choice p/n 06-6250.($31.99) which is the same one you'd get from Harley

Thanks for the info. unfortunately I read it to late after I ordered the wrong one online.
I feel like a complete idiot I live 20 mins. from Canyon Run In St louis MO. they can have it here tomorrow afternoon.
