I bought this bike used and it already had these pipes on it. I really like the looks and they are plenty loud but I keep scraping the bottom pipe when I corner hard to the right.
They do look like they stick out quite a ways from the bike. Do any of you guys know if they can be moved in a little to give me a little more cornering clearance.
Nothing really you can do. They are stuck where they are because of the flange/exhaust manifold. It has to connect at a certain angle, and the pipes are shaped the way they are. Sorry.
I had that same problem and went to 12.5 progressive shocks and that cured the scraping and totally improved my ride. I don't even scrape when riding 2 up.

I had the same problem with the factory exhaust on my nightster I couldn't find an exhaust that I liked and either wasn't already on a ton of bikes or wouldn't scrape. I ended up having a custom exhaust made with equal length headers for better performance.
