Welcome to the addiction! Your 12-Step program is in the mail...
Know what you mean! My 07 883R has a hundred in bling, a new seat, kids and the wife are getting me complete stage 1 for X-mas. Not being a chrome monster, my 883R has about hit it's limit other than the motor.
I don't think a 12 step program is going to work for me.Just bought my first Harley 2 months ago and the lady at the register knows me name.Just today I bought the diamond plate footpegs and matching shifter peg to go along with my new chrome forward controls. All I want for X-Mas is the local dealers gift card so I can spend somebody's money other than my own.
Don't feel bad I'm addicted also.I am also addicted to buying stuff for my wifes bike so it's a double whammy for me.I'm going to paint her bike hopefully during the off season.I already have the paint but I got it for free.I may try something custom with flames or roses or a mixture of both.
I hear ya man, same here. I bought my 06 1200 in September, I have spent over $1,500, more to come. The first day I got my bike, I told my buddy that I am so glad to have my first Harley, it looks great as is, I shouldn't need any mod at all. Now what? Sorry, I can't help! Alex []
