ive seen alot of custom sportsters with drag bars, but havent seen many of the non custom bikes with drag bars. Do i have to buy the risers to change out my stock handlebars for a 2000 883?
I would also like to hear some feedback on dragbars as i am going to install some on my 06,883 xl just after x-mas i like were my hands rest on the grips right now with the stock handle bars i just want to change to drag bars for the look ! i Was thinking a 4 inch riser with a slight pull back and the HD drag bars would allmost put them at the same spot ! has anyone done this on a stock 883 xl ? any input would be great ...I am also trying to retain the stock cables to keep the cost down ! i figure i can get at least 2 to 3 inches on the speedo wires ect ...
